Timber Frame
Using timber-framed construction can offer a number of advantages. These include potential for off-site manufacture which is unaffected by weather conditions, coupled with rapid on-site construction through the use of the factory-built kits. There are sustainability advantages: Timber has a higher carbon-index and provides significant energy-efficiency benefits through increased thermal insulation.
